A Bus for Every Colorado Springs Group
Sprinter vans and limos handle smaller groups in comfort. 15- to 50-passenger party buses and 15- to 35-passenger minibuses cover mid-size crowds across the city and the Pikes Peak corridor. For larger corporate shuttles or a charter trip north up I-25 toward Denver, a 40- to 56-passenger charter bus delivers the space and undercarriage storage your group actually needs.

Available Features Vary
Colorado Springs Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Party buses in Colorado Springs come built for the occasion — full-length bars, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound systems, wraparound perimeter seating, and flat-panel TVs. Minibuses are the smart pick for corporate shuttles, airport loops, and wedding guest transfers, with powerful A/C and plush reclining seats that keep everyone comfortable on the I-25 stretch between venues.
Full-size charter buses cover the longer hauls — the 70-mile run north to Denver, a multi-day Colorado group trip, or a large convention shuttle circuit at The Broadmoor — with reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms, WiFi, power outlets, and undercarriage bays for luggage and equipment. Amenities vary by vehicle; the quote tool shows exactly what each bus includes before you confirm anything.

Compare Colorado Springs Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Colorado Springs party bus rental prices depend on group size, vehicle type, date, and trip length. As an example to give you an idea, typical rates run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos from $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses from $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses from $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses from $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses from $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500 per day.
Weekend rates typically run 20–30% higher than weekday equivalents. Labor Day Lift Off weekend and summer peak weeks see demand spikes that push availability thin fast — and prom season from late April through May brings the tightest squeeze of the year across El Paso County. Book early to lock in the better end of those ranges.

Find and Compare Options From Providers Serving Colorado Springs
Compare Colorado Springs Party Bus Options When You Need Them
Comparing buses across Colorado Springs used to mean calling a dozen different companies and tracking who said what. albuquerquepartybuscompany.com replaces that scramble with one form — input your trip details once, and the system pulls in vehicles, photos, amenities, and all-inclusive pricing from multiple providers so you can review everything side by side before committing to anything.
Because you compare options across transportation providers serving Colorado Springs at once, rather than relying on a single company that either has availability or doesn’t, you always have real options, even on high-demand dates like Broadmoor World Arena concert nights or Labor Day Lift Off weekend, when every available bus in the region gets spoken for within hours of a major show announcement.
Call 505-581-3070 to get answers, a vehicle recommendation for your headcount, and help nailing down pickup windows and staging logistics, or use the online quote tool to check Colorado Springs party bus availability in seconds!
Colorado Springs Party Bus Services
No two trips in Colorado Springs look alike — and the range of buses you can compare here is built for that variety. Airport transfers, wedding shuttles, concert runs to Broadmoor World Arena, school field trips up Cheyenne Mountain, bachelorette nights through Old Colorado City — whatever your group has planned, there is a bus ready for it. Call 505-581-3070 to get your group moving today!

Colorado Springs Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting through baggage claim at Colorado Springs Airport is manageable. Navigating the pickup lane in a caravan of personal vehicles while your group stands on the curb is not. Colorado Springs Airport (COS) (7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916) handles multiple carriers across one terminal, with taxis and shared shuttles available curbside on the ground floor.
Charter buses and commercial vehicles stage in the designated commercial vehicle lane on the lower level, separate from the regular passenger pick-up curb.
The workflow that actually works: have one group coordinator stay with the luggage near Carousel 3 — where a centrally located ground transportation phone connects directly to all available services. Once every bag is pulled and the full group is assembled, then call for the bus. Summoning the vehicle before your headcount is complete burns the staging window the commercial lane allows.
Review the official COS ground transportation page before your arrival date to confirm current staging procedures. Call 505-581-3070 to arrange your Colorado Springs airport group transfer today.

Colorado Springs Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Old Colorado City along W. Colorado Avenue is the natural starting line for a Colorado Springs bachelorette night — boutique bars, rooftop decks, and a walkable stretch that stays energized from dinner through last call. From there, the crew can push east to downtown brewpubs like Phantom Canyon Brewing Company at 2 E Pikes Peak Ave — the city’s oldest brewpub, built into a restored 1901 building — or swing toward the Ivywild School complex on South Nevada Avenue for a change of venue entirely.
Splitting a bachelorette crew of 20 people into separate cars on a Friday night in Colorado Springs comes with a predictable downside — someone is always late, someone always loses the group, and someone always gets stuck calling for a rideshare at midnight when surge pricing hits. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps every single person together, with a full bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound handling the atmosphere between stops. Call 505-581-3070 to get started on your Colorado Springs bachelorette party bus rental today.

Colorado Springs Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
For a Sweet 16 or quinceañera in Colorado Springs, the party bus arrival is half the celebration — doors open, the birthday girl steps out, and the crowd already knows it is a special night. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the right size for most milestone birthday groups, with color options available to coordinate with your event theme. Reception venues across the Pikes Peak region include options in Briargate, Monument, and throughout the Broadmoor neighborhood south of downtown.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th, 40th, or 50th with a guest list that fills a charter bus — a 30- or 40-passenger party bus keeps the whole inner circle together for a night that might hit a rooftop bar, a brewery tasting room, and a late dinner reservation before it wraps up. Nobody draws straws for who is driving. Call 505-581-3070 any time to compare Colorado Springs birthday party bus options, or use the quote tool to get pricing in under a minute.

Colorado Springs Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Broadmoor World Arena (3185 Venetucci Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) packs 8,000 fans into the Pikes Peak region’s top entertainment venue for touring acts, Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil, and Colorado Eagles hockey — and on sell-out nights, Venetucci Boulevard backs up well before showtime. On-site parking holds roughly 2,400 vehicles with a parking charge on every event night, which means your group is spending money just to make the show more stressful.
A concert bus rental to Broadmoor World Arena changes that math fast. Your group arrives together, the pregame energy stays up on the ride out, and the pickup after the final song is already arranged before the opening act starts. For shows at Pikes Peak Center (190 S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903), the El Paso County Parking Structure on Sahwatch Street fills early on sold-out Broadway nights and Philharmonic weekends.
One bus, one drop-off at the ticketing zone, nobody late to the opener. Call 505-581-3070 for a concert bus quote.

Colorado Springs Corporate Event Transportation
The Broadmoor (1 Lake Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) draws corporate groups from across the country — over 315,000 square feet of meeting space, 20 restaurants and cafes, and a resort footprint that makes navigating between buildings a genuine logistical puzzle when attendees are scattered across multiple hotel blocks. A corporate shuttle circuit between The Broadmoor and Colorado Springs Airport — 11.5 miles, roughly 19 minutes on a clear day — keeps your arrival and departure flow tight without anyone waiting on a rideshare surge to settle.
For conventions, executive retreats, and team-building events at downtown venues near Tejon Street, a minibus or charter bus keeps attendees moving on your schedule rather than the public transit schedule. One charter bus eliminates the per-vehicle daily parking math that stacks up across a fleet of rental cars over a three-day conference. Call 505-581-3070 to compare corporate shuttle options for Colorado Springs and the surrounding Pikes Peak region.

Colorado Springs Private Event Transportation Services
The Colorado Springs Labor Day Lift Off draws more than 200,000 people to Memorial Park over Labor Day weekend — 70+ hot air balloons launching at 7:00 a.m. against a Pikes Peak backdrop, followed by evening Balloon Glows that pack the park until dark. Parking near Prospect Lake fills before dawn on launch mornings, and the road network surrounding Memorial Park backs up hours before the first balloon lifts off. The event offers a $300 session bus pass with a reserved drop-off point closer to the Balloon Launch Field than any general parking lot available to the public.
For family reunions, milestone celebrations, and large group outings at Cheyenne Mountain State Park or Cave of the Winds Mountain Park, a charter bus or minibus keeps everyone on the same vehicle — no five-car convoy, no headcount confusion, no parking negotiation at every stop. Call 505-581-3070 for a private event bus quote in Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Colorado Springs — late April through mid-May — is the single busiest period of the year for party bus demand across El Paso County. High schools from Monument south to Fountain and Widefield hold proms within the same 6-week window, and availability disappears faster than most group organizers expect. As an example to give you an idea, a 5-hour prom rental for 20 students — hotel pickup, a photo stop at Garden of the Gods or Palmer Park, venue drop-off, and after-prom return — runs $1,200–$1,800 when booked 4–5 months out.
Wait until March and that same rental jumps to $2,200–$2,800, or there is simply nothing available at all.
For prom: book by January or plan on paying peak rates.
Homecoming weekends in September and October carry their own demand spikes — especially when Air Force Academy home football games at Falcon Stadium overlap with local high school weekends. Call 505-581-3070 to check availability and get started on your Colorado Springs prom party bus before the calendar fills.

Colorado Springs School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (4250 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) requires school buses and oversized vehicles to park at an off-site location, with the visiting group responsible for managing transport to and from that staging area. That detail catches a lot of first-time trip planners off guard — your group gets dropped at the entrance, but the vehicle cannot remain there during the visit. A chartered bus handles the staging automatically: it drops students at the front, relocates to designated bus parking, and returns curbside at departure time without anyone scrambling to coordinate pickups across a lot.
The US Air Force Academy Visitor Center (off Exit 156 on I-25, Colorado Springs) welcomes school groups daily from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Buses offload on the top level of the parking area, right side of the entrance, then relocate to the lower level during the tour. For summer trips to the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center, the complimentary overflow shuttle can add 20–30 minutes to your arrival window.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available upon request — just note it in your quote request. Call 505-581-3070 to set up school group transportation in Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs Sporting Event Transportation
The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC play at Weidner Field in downtown Colorado Springs — more than 5,000 parking spaces within a 6-minute walk, in theory. In practice, the small lot directly across Sierra Madre Street from the west-side entrance fills early at $25, street meters near the stadium top out at $6.50 per hour, and rideshare pickups stack at the main gate rather than dispersing across the surrounding blocks after the final whistle.
A party bus or minibus for a Switchbacks match drops the entire crew at the Weidner Field entrance, stages nearby, and is ready for pickup on your schedule — no post-match lot scramble, no $25-lot-vs.-6-minute-walk argument before kickoff. Air Force Falcons fans heading to Falcon Stadium up the Academy Boulevard corridor off I-25 face the same calculation: one charter bus beats a 10-car convoy every single time. Call 505-581-3070 for Colorado Springs sporting event transportation quotes.

Colorado Springs Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Colorado Springs wedding venues scatter across the Pikes Peak region in a way that makes guest coordination a real logistical project. The Broadmoor is one of the top destination wedding resorts in the country — and guests staying at the hotel block still need a shuttle loop from the main building to ceremony and reception spaces spread across the 5,000-acre property. Hotels in Briargate or along Nevada Avenue put guests 15–20 minutes from Garden of the Gods ceremony sites, and trying to move 80 people in personal vehicles through that corridor on a Saturday afternoon is the kind of thing that makes family members late to their own seats.
A Colorado Springs wedding shuttle handles the loop cleanly: staged hotel pickup, a clear drop-off at the venue entrance, and a return run after the reception so nobody is calling for a rideshare in formal wear at midnight. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right pick for the bridal party on the wedding day itself. Call 505-581-3070 to compare Colorado Springs wedding shuttle options and get a free all-inclusive quote.

Colorado Springs Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Colorado Springs has built a serious craft beverage identity — and the smart move is to rent a party bus for the crawl, because nobody should be behind the wheel between stops. Phantom Canyon Brewing Company at 2 E Pikes Peak Ave is the city’s oldest brewpub, housed in the restored 1901 Cheyenne Building downtown. Bristol Brewing Company has been defining the local beer culture for decades.
Push west toward Old Colorado City along W. Colorado Avenue for cocktail bars and tasting rooms, then continue toward Manitou Springs for spots along Manitou Avenue with a mountain-town character all their own.
A pub crawl bus rental in Colorado Springs keeps your entire group together — no juggling multiple cars between stops, no parking negotiation at every block, no one splitting off early because they do not want to drive home. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus with an onboard bar and Bluetooth sound is the right fit for most crawl crews. Call 505-581-3070 to get started on your Colorado Springs winery tour and pub crawl bus today.

How does albuquerquepartybuscompany.com work?

Compare photos, amenities, and estimated pricing in one place, then request what fits your group. You can also call 505-581-3070 to walk through your options if you’d rather talk it through first.
How much does a party bus cost in Colorado Springs?
Colorado Springs party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and trip duration. As an example to give you an idea, typical hourly ranges are: 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend rates run 20–30% higher than weekday equivalents.
Call 505-581-3070 for an all-inclusive quote on your specific date and headcount.
What types of vehicles are available for Colorado Springs group trips?
Available vehicles include Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses. Party buses are the right fit for nights out, bachelor and bachelorette events, and prom. Minibuses handle corporate shuttles, airport loops, and wedding guest transfers efficiently.
Full-size charter buses are built for large groups, the I-25 run to Denver, and trips that need undercarriage storage for luggage or sporting equipment.
Can a charter bus take my group from Colorado Springs to Denver?
Yes. Denver is roughly 70 miles north of Colorado Springs via I-25 — one of the most frequently requested routes. A 40- to 56-passenger charter bus is the right vehicle for that run, with onboard restrooms, overhead storage, and reclining seats for the 1.5- to 2-hour trip depending on Front Range traffic.
Groups heading to Coors Field, Ball Arena, or Empower Field at Mile High regularly book this route.
What times of year are hardest to find a party bus in Colorado Springs?
Prom season (late April–May), Labor Day Lift Off weekend, summer weekends near Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, and major Broadmoor World Arena concert dates create the tightest demand windows of the year. If your event falls on any of those dates, book 3–6 months out. For most other occasions outside those peaks, 2–4 weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you confirm your date and vehicle, the more options you have and the better the pricing.
Popular Colorado Springs Party Bus Destinations
Colorado Springs loads your group itinerary with options that span altitude, history, and nightlife — from the 14,115-foot summit of Pikes Peak down to an outdoor mural corridor in downtown. Use this guide as a starting point for your trip planning. A bus handles the logistics so your group can focus entirely on the experience.

Garden of the Gods
Garden of the Gods is a registered National Natural Landmark — 1,300 acres of red sandstone formations rising against a Pikes Peak backdrop, with free admission and park hours from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Summer crowds push the Visitor & Nature Center parking to overflow by mid-morning on weekends, and the complimentary shuttle between overflow lots adds 20–30 minutes to your arrival window. A group bus drops everyone at the main Visitor Center entrance and stages off-site — no overflow lot, no shuttle wait.
Group leaders can book a Step-On naturalist guide through the park’s commercial use desk (719-219-0105) — a Colorado naturalist boards your bus for a 45–60 minute narrated tour at $150 per guide.
Address: 1805 N 30th St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 Phone: (719) 219-0105

Broadmoor World Arena
Broadmoor World Arena is Southern Colorado’s largest entertainment venue — 8,000 seats for concerts, Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil, comedy shows, and Colorado Eagles hockey. On-site parking holds approximately 2,400 vehicles and a parking charge applies on every event night. On sold-out shows, Venetucci Boulevard backs up before the doors open and the closest lots fill well before showtime.
A party bus drops your group at the entrance, picks everyone up at the agreed window after the show, and skips the post-event parking lot scramble entirely. Check the official Broadmoor World Arena website before your visit to confirm current event and parking logistics.
Address: 3185 Venetucci Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is the only mountainside zoo in the United States — more than 750 animals across 100 acres of terrain at 6,800 feet elevation, carved into the slope of Cheyenne Mountain. School buses and oversized vehicles are required to park at an off-site location, with the visiting group responsible for managing their own staging to and from the zoo entrance. A chartered bus handles that automatically: it drops your group at the front, relocates to designated bus parking, and returns curbside at departure time.
Colorado schools receive a 50% discount on admission for scheduled field trips, making this one of the most popular school trip destinations in the Pikes Peak region.

The Broadmoor
The Broadmoor has held a Forbes Five-Star rating continuously since 1960 — a 5,000-acre resort with 784 guest rooms, 20 restaurants and cafes, over 315,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and the adjacent Broadmoor World Arena. Colorado Springs Airport sits 11.5 miles away, roughly 19 minutes on a clear day. A private shuttle between The Broadmoor and COS handles group arrivals and departures without the surge pricing that hits when 30 attendees all call for rideshares at the same moment.
Check the official Broadmoor website for current transportation partner details before your group’s visit.
Address: 1 Lake Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80906 Phone: (719) 634-7711

Weidner Field
Home of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, Weidner Field sits in downtown Colorado Springs with more than 5,000 parking spaces within a 6-minute walk — in theory. In practice, the small lot directly across Sierra Madre Street from the west-side entrance runs $25 and fills early, street meters near the stadium top out at $6.50 per hour, and rideshare pickups stack at the main gate after the final whistle rather than dispersing across the surrounding blocks. The ZEB free downtown shuttle stops at Weidner Field, but it does not pick your group up from the hotel at a set time.
A party bus does — drop-off at the entrance before kickoff, pickup at your agreed window after the match. That is the move.
Address: 111 W Cimarron St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

The Broadmoor Manitou & Pikes Peak Cog Railway
The Broadmoor Manitou & Pikes Peak Cog Railway operates from its depot in Manitou Springs — the highest cog railway in North America, climbing to the 14,115-foot Pikes Peak summit in a 3.5-hour round trip (1 hour 10 minutes up, 40 minutes at the top, 1 hour 10 minutes back). Adult tickets start at $67 online; trains sell out up to two weeks in advance during peak summer months, so secure railway tickets before the bus. Parking along Ruxton Avenue near the Manitou Springs depot fills fast in summer and the canyon road narrows considerably west of Colorado Springs.
A minibus or charter bus handles that staging loop cleanly — drop your group at the depot, hold nearby, pick everyone up when the train rolls back in.
